Defending, Protecting and Counseling hundreds of citizens, companies, corporations and entities. All of them, honest, hard laboring, contributing citizens wanting to comply with the laws. Please be informed that a CPA is very trained in Accounting, and can get a certificate without knowing hardly anything about Taxes! And an Enrolled Agent is just that, an agent enrolled by the IRS as an over-load-labor source they can call upon to work for them! They taught him just what they wanted him to know, and “slanted” every word of what he learned! Neither one of these two people are sworn to protect you or your financial position! A CPA is sworn to protect his Fraternal certificate/ connection ahead of any of your interests. And an Enrolled Agent is sworn to follow only the IRS and their interests ahead of you, your business or your family!
